Bolagsordning/ articles of association

SAS AB är moderbolaget för SAS. För att ändra bolagsordningen krävs beslut av en bolagsstämma som bifalls av aktieägare med minst 2/3 av såväl de avgivna rösterna som de aktier som är företrädda på stämman.

SAS AB is the parent company of SAS. In order to amend the articles of association, a resolution is required by a general meeting where at least 2/3 of the votes cast as well as shares represented at the meeting are approved.
