SAS Group divests its share in AeBal to Proturin

As part of the SAS Group’s strategy, the SAS Group today announces that it has divested its holdings in AeBal S.A. (“AeBal”) to Proturin S.L, a Spanish company based in Mallorca. AeBal operates flights for Spanair S.A. with five Boeing 717s and 160 employees. Since the third quarter of 2008, the SAS Group has reported AeBal as a discontinued business. The total net loss for the SAS Group attributable to AeBal amounts to approximately 200 MSEK.
